About Me
Well not so much to say...
I'm not so old...not so smart... not so pretty to look at....uhhh scrap that last thing
I live in the Netherlands, the second tiniest country of the world, if you can't find it first look for Luxemburg...wait thats even smaller =S. But it is ok there, except there are absolutely NO skateparks, so me and my skateboard are restricted to the sitewalks.
Thing I like:
-Skateboarding
-Anime + Manga (but a normall book will also do)
-Hockey (it's almost the same as icehockey except there is no ice, no skates, no puck but a white round ball, and no bashing, so yes I still got all of my teeth)
-Scuba diving
-Alt. Rock (especially the bands: Thrice, Jimmy Eat World en Breaking Benjamin).
-Drawing
-Playing Keyboard/Piano
-Gaming
-Makoto Shinkai's work... you don't know him?!? *slaps you in the face*
-Oh and did I mention Anime?
Comments
See you.
Well... I do like emo music very much and no my hair isn't dyed black >.>
I don't really like Fall Out Boy and especially their new song, so the title is less appealing to me... even though the title is really well made!
But the dark feel that this wall give is a big plus! You don't find many Bleach wallpapers with this kind of atmosphere and this just gives it some more variety.
There are some minor things... like the faces of Ichigo, Renji and Ishida's. Rukia's face (or is it Hinamori... I can't really tell =X ) is done well, her white skin just gives the contrast to all other dark collors. But the other faces are way to dark and to smudgy (did you aply the cloud textures also on their faces? ) If all the faces were collored like Rukia's face is it would be a big improvement. Even though I like dark wallpapers a bit light spots just gives the wallpaper more contrast.
Another way to get more contrast is to make the stars on the flag a little brighter. But what is that flag doing there in the first place or does it have a special deeper meaning?
Anyway the result looks good and just keep on practicing and keep an eye on the contrast!
Actually, if you look at the original scan, the flag was there, I just moved it somewhat to the left a bit more.
and then, there is Rukia and the skin colors.
My thought is dark, so maybe I just overdid the colors a bit too much, thanks for the comment and I am glad to hear them all the time.
Ghehehe just doing my job, I have to contribute something to this site if I don't make wallpapers myself...
And to all: Keep the wallpapers rolling in!

A truly original wallpaper and I haven't seen that in a while.
It's a really simple concept but the textures made it really have sometime... dunno the words... just make you wanna say: Wow...
The thing I have to add isn't really necessary but I think it would look a tiny bit bitter. The way the wings are collored and the girl itself makes you focus go to the wings, but I think the focus should be on the girl (is it because I like girls so much...? ) So if you had made the red in the girl a little bit redder and less fade out or a little less texturefull (again don't know the words) the focus would be all on the girl and give it some more contrast.
But it's also fine this way.
Just an astonishing job!
Thank you so much for the comment and fave :3
yes, your right, the focus should be on the girl and therefore she should look darker.
so please check my updated version :3
It's so crowded and the longer I look at it the more I discover, but yet it's a very relaxing wallpaper.
The textures on the background worked out very well and the collors match it right.
But I found a little weird spot; on the left side of the buildings (or is it a train?! =S ) there is a spot that is too white and there is a vague tower silhouette that starts in mid air. It's a small spot but yet my eyes keep getting drawed to that point...
Nonetheless... it's a fantastic wallpaper!
thank you, I hardly see people appreciate a wall this deeply.
The thing at the side was a residual somewhat error from the smudging and intergration of scan shadows. when you have a stock photo to add shadows and shapes at the back, certain blending modes encourage pass through lighting from at least several layers. In this case, nearly 3, which is why the residual effect you see.
